Alina Koishibaeva is the Founder and Director of the International Music Agency Larus. She began her professional career at the Moscow International Film Festival.
She later worked in the PR Department of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, where she was also involved in the development of the International Music Festival “December Evenings of Sviatoslav Richter.”
A graduate of the Faculty of Journalism at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Alina subsequently joined the Concert Programs Directorate of the Moscow Philharmonic Society, where she organized performances by world-renowned musicians, including Anne-Sophie Mutter, Leonidas Kavakos, Denis Matsuev, Valery Gergiev, and Nikolai Lugansky.
In recognition of her strong professional reputation and high demand, Alina was invited to serve as an organizer at the Verbier Festival in Switzerland. Her professionalism, commitment to excellence, and ability to deliver events at the highest international standards have earned the trust and appreciation of leading musicians, who consistently support and take part in her projects.
